Project Description
Intégral Géotechnique advised a Westbury Homes / Wilcon Homes consortium on the acquisition and redevelopment of a 30 acre, former power station site at Rogerstone, Newport. Innovative review of earlier reclamation strategies for the site enabled significant cost savings to the client in preparing the site for redevelopment.
